Cathay Pacific’s team wished to re-invent employee recognition internally. Resonating with their new tagline — 'Move beyond', their existing employee of the year awards felt outdated.

WHAT I DID

Buckling up for the long haul

Designed and presented prototypes for a new employee portal. We, the design team, collaborated with 5 other vendors (marketing, copy, brand, development, testing) . The successful project launch also led to us working on ongoing maintenance and future revamps to the portal.

CONCLUSION

Compliments flying high

This project was a chance for me to see the breadth of a global product, delve into refining user experience based on user testing and create functional design that was creative within constraints. I also had to customise a leaner, tighter UX cycle to accommodate the timeline. The results were 800+ greeting cards exchanged at the time of writing this case study!
