Product Design Lead
Xalts is backed by Accel and Citi Ventures (USD $6M seed round) I spearheaded design for an AI-powered enterprise SAAS to automate corporate financial operations. Mobilised processes, built and maintained a unifying design language and family of design systems. Mentored 4 designers, formalised handoffs, and initiated weekly design jams to increase cross-team transparency. Rapidly iterated upon interactive prototypes and concepts, conducted generative and evaluative research.
Contour (acquired by Xalts in 2024)
Led the revamp and relaunch of Contour, a digital Letter of Credit platform established by eight banks, including HSBC, Standard Chartered, and BNP Paribas. Expanded product features based on evaluative research and analytics. Revamped a subscription-based payments model to a usage-based model in 3 months.
